INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ kg raw chicken
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 2 medium sized onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • ½ cup coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp organic coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp organic red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp organic chicken masala
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2-3 organic cloves
  • 5-6 organic cardamom
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 2-3 tsp desi ghee
  • 1 cup mustard oil

METHOD:

  • First, in a pan heat mustard oil, then put ghee in it.
  • Once heated, add cardamom, cloves, garlic, onions in it and mix them properly.
  • Then add chicken in it and let it cook for about 2 to 3 minutes. Keep stirring it and once it turns golden brown, add organic chicken masala, organic coriander powder and organic red chilli powder.
  • Then add Himalayan pink salt as per taste.
  • Now add ginger paste and yoghurt to the mixture and let it cook for a minute.
  • Then put organic garam masala. Add some water for gravy and cover the pan, let it simmer for around 10 to 15 minutes while stirring occasionally in between.
  • Your Chicken Korma with non veg masala is ready and you can now garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.  

 

MUTTON ROGHAN JOSH

INGREDIENTS:

  • ½ kg mutton
  • ½ cup desi ghee
  • ½ tsp organic asafoetida
  • ½ tsp organic cumin seeds
  • 3-4 organic black cardamom
  • 3-4 organic red chilli whole
  • 1 tsp organic mutton masala
  • 1 tsp organic red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp organic coriander powder
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 2 pinch saffron
  • 2 ½ tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp ginger paste
  • ½ cup coriander leaves

 METHOD:

  • To prepare this delicacy, first, make saffron milk by soaking saffron in milk.
  • Then put desi ghee in pressure cooker and allow it to heat. After that add ginger paste, whole spices like cumin seeds, asafoetida, black cardamom, red chilli and fry them for few seconds.
  • Now add mutton pieces and stir them well. Cover the lid and cook mutton for 5 to 6 minutes on medium flame.
  • Then add a cup of water and organic mutton masala, red chilli powder, coriander powder and Himalayan pink salt.
  • Now add saffron milk to it and allow it to cook for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • Once done garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

 

ACHARI FISH TIKKA

Try lip smacking dish, “ACHARI FISH TIKKA”, that is a perfect treat for your taste buds with organic fish masala.  You can prepare this easy appetizer in your kitty parties or in any other get together.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200gm fish fillets
  • ½ tbsp yoghurt
  • 2 tsp butter
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp organic fish masala
  • 1 tsp organic red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp organic garam masala
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • ½ cup coriander leaves

  METHOD:

  • Take a bowl, add yoghurt and all the spices such as ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander leaves and lemon juice in it, to prepare marinade.
  • Then add fish fillets in it and refrigerate it for 3 to 4 hours.
  • Now take them out from refrigerator and grill the evenly coated fillets with butter on medium flame.
  • Once cooked from both the sides, your achari fish tikka is ready with organic non veg masala.
  • Serve hot with different kinds of dips.
