Health Conscious? Today we bring you a recipe that will help you with your diet plan and as well as your hunger. Here's a great dish that is being almost everyone's favorite in Indian Homes. This process of cooking yields a Curry and Pakodi which can be with naan bread or chapati or rice.

Ingredients: For Curry:

  • 2 tbsp organic besan (chickpea flour) 1/2 tbsp organic turmeric

    For Pakodi:

    • 2 Onion Chopped


      For Curry:

      1. Dry roast the Mustard Seeds, Asafoetida, Methi Seeds, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, and Green Chili.

      2. Mix the Besan Powder in 1/2 cup water.

      3. Pour it on the pan and cook for a few minutes, adding more water if required.

      4. Keep whipping to ensure it does not become lumpy.

      5. Add Turmeric, Salt, and Curd, Mix well. Add more water as per requirement.

      6. Add Tamarind Pulp or Lemon Juice as per taste.

      7. Garnish with coriander leaves.

        For Pakodi:

        • Mix some Salt in the onions.
        • Add in the rest of the ingredients with a bit of water and mix well till it is of consistency between a better and dough.
        • Place the batter in small blobs on a baking tray and bake for approx 10 minutes (at 180 ) till lightly brown.
