SAGO KHICHDI:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200gm soaked sago
  • 2 small grated tomato
  • 1-2 inch grated ginger
  • ½ cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp organic red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp organic turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp organic cumin whole
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil

METHOD:

  • Before doing anything, soak sago for 2 to 3 hours so that they become softer but still hard enough to taste good.
  • Then strain it and take cooking oil in a pan and let it heat.
  • After heating of oil, add cumin whole and wait for 2 to 3 seconds. Once it splutters add grated tomato, ginger and green chilli, cook it for 2-3 min. Now add all the spices along with strained sago. Cook for 2 min and garnish it with coriander leaves.
  • The sago khichdi is ready. Serve hot and enjoy.

KUTTU KI POORI:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 100gm kuttu atta
  • 1 small grated radish
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp organic red chilli powder
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • Cooking oil as per required for frying

METHOD:

  • Take all the ingredients in bowl and knead the dough.
  • Then make small balls and press in between your palms. Now add cooking oil in kadhai, once completely heated to a certain level, deep fry the poori.
  • Serve these pooris with curd or aloo ki sabzi.

SINGHARA ATTA SAMOSA:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200gm singhara atta
  • 3 boiled potatoes
  • 20gm paneer (diced)
  • 3 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin whole
  • 1 tsp organic red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp organic turmeric powder
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

METHOD:

  • In the first step, prepare dough from singhara atta and keep it aside for 30 min.
  • Wash and boil the potatoes and then peel and mash them in a bowl.
  • Allow the kadhai to heat properly, once heated add organic cumin to it.
  • Add all the spices, paneer, and coriander leaves in the mashed potatoes and mix it well. Now make small pockets and add mixture of potatoes to it.
  • Deep fry these samosas and serve hot with red of green chutney.
