 Here’s a super easy recipe for Organic Flax Seeds Crackers : 

 Nutrition Facts (Per Serving) :

  • Energy : 47 cal
  • Carbohydrates : 6.5 g
  • Protein : 1.9 g
  • Fat : 1.6 g
  • Sodium : 12.4 mg
  • Fiber : 1.3 g

 Ingredients :

  • ¼ cup (coarsely powdered) Orco Organic Flax Seeds
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried mix herbs
  • 1 tsp Orco Organic Red Chilli flakes
  • ½ tsp Orco Organic Pink Salt
  • ¼ Cup water

 Cooking Instructions :

  • Add the Orco organic flax seeds, whole wheat flour, dried mix herbs, Orco organic red chilli flakes, Orco organic pink salt and olive oil. Combine all the ingredients well in a deep bowl and knead into a stiff dough using water.
  • Cover the dough with a lid and keep aside for 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins, knead the dough and divide it into 2 equal portions.
  • Roll out the dough into a circle without using extra flour. Trim the ends of the circle into a square.
  • Cut the flat dough out into squares and pick them with a fork so that they don’t rise while baking.
  • Repeat the above steps for the second portion of the dough as well.
  • Arrange the square crackers in a baking tray and bake the crackers in a preheated oven at 200 degree Celsius for around 15 mins or till the crackers turn light brown and become crisp from both sides.
  • You’ll have to keep a check and turn the crackers twice in between after every 5 minutes.
  • Now keep the fresh crackers aside and let them cool down.
