Firstly peel and chop beetroot, onion, ginger and green chilli. Take coconut oil in pan and add beetroot, onions, ginger and green chilli. Add water and allow it to boil, let it simmer for 45 min. Now allow it cool and pour all this in blender and put it back on flame. Add coconut milk, salt and black pepper. Garnish it with coconut cream and serve hot.
