Tofu With Spinach In Black Pepper Sauce

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200gm tofu
  • ¼ cup spinach leaves
  • 2 thinly slices bell peppers
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tbsp minced ginger
  • 3 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • ½ cup freshly chopped basil leaves
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ tsp organic red chili flakes
  • 1 tsp organic black pepper powder
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • ½ cup organic peanuts
  • 1 ½ cup olive oil

METHOD:

Take a pan and heat olive oil till it reaches its smoking point. Then add bell peppers, ginger, garlic, and sauté them for about 2 minutes. Now add tofu cubes, and green onions, toss them for 2 minutes again.

Add soy sauce, lime juice, Himalayan pink salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes. Mix them thoroughly. Now add spinach and start tossing them until it begins to wilt. After that, add basil to it and season with pepper and organic peanuts.
