Prepare the mouthwatering “BAMBOO BIRYANI”, using the blend of organic spices that give an authentic aroma and texture to the biryani. You can have this special cuisine after the specific intervals and can prepare very easily at your homes using some simple steps. So let us look at the recipe.
Firstly take a bowl, add whole spices, salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chicken masala, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, fried onions, curd, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, little ghee, and chicken. Mix it well and leave the marinade for 1-2 hours.
Now clean the rice and wash them properly. Clean the bamboo and grease the inner part with oil. Put 2 spoons of the chicken marinade and 5 spoons of rice in the bamboo. Repeat the process, and add 1 ¼ cups water. Cover the bamboo using aluminum foil.
Set the bamboos on fire and allow them to cook for 30-35 minutes. After that remove the fire and leave them for 5-10 min.
Serve hot, BAMBOO BIRYANI, with green chutney and onion rings.
