Firstly grate lotus stem finely in a bowl, add finely chopped spinach leaves along with boiled potatoes. Now add all the ingredients in it and mix them well. Make small oval shaped round kebabs by holding the mixture in between your palm. Meanwhile heat the oil in kadhai. Once the oil is completely hot deep fry kebabs until they turn golden brown.
Serve hot, these delicious, “LOTUS STEM AND SPINACH KEBABS” with mint or tamarind chutney.
