Firstly peel the boiled potatoes. Take a bowl and prepare marinade by adding hung curd, and all the spices. Mix them well. Now add fresh cream and gram flour, mix well. Add the potatoes to the marinade and keep it aside for 2 hours. Pre-heat the tray in an oven at 250 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Then grill the aloo tikka till they turn golden brown in color.
