These summers add refreshing “CUCUMBER RAITA” to your meal, prepared especially with organic spice blends. It provides you cooling effect and boosts you immune system due to the various bacteria present that are good for the health. So try the easiest recipe that can be prepared in very less time.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250gm yoghurt
  • 1 medium sized cucumber
  • 1 tsp organic raita masala
  • ½ tsp organic jeera powder
  • ½ tsp organic black pepper powder
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 2 small green chilli (finely chopped)
  • Pomegranate seeds (few)
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing

METHOD:

Firstly wash, peel and grate cucumber. Then take yoghurt in a bowl and add grated cucumber, green chilli, organic raita masala, organic jeera powder, organic black pepper powder to it. Now refrigerate it for some time and then add Himalayan pink salt to it.

 Garnish it with coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds. Serve and enjoy this refreshing preparation.
