Firstly mash the boiled potatoes and add soaked sago after straining. Then add chopped onion, green chillis, organic red chilli flakes, organic garam masala, organic red chilli powder and organic pink salt as per taste. After that make small balls out of mixture and take kadhai, add cooking oil in it. Wait till the oil heats up, and then deep fry the potato sago cutlets.
Now serve hot mouthwatering dish with favorite dips.
