INGREDIENTS:

• 4 medium sized sweet potato
• 1 tsp ginger & green chilli paste
• ¼ cup of instant oats
• 40 gm peas
• 1 tsp organic chaat masala
• 1 tsp organic amchoor powder
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp organic cumin powder
• ½ tsp organic red chilli powder
• ¼ tsp of organic garam masala
• Organic pink salt according to taste
• 20 gm coriander leaves
• 2 tbsp cooking oil

METHOD:

• At the first step, thoroughly rinse the sweet potatoes in water.
• Boil the sweet potatoes and peas in a pressure cooker.
• While potatoes are being boiled, dry roast the oats and keep them aside.
• Once boiled, remove the skin from the sweet potatoes and smash them.
• After mashing the potatoes, add the roasted oats, boiled green peas.
• Properly mix the organic condiments that includes all the organic masala in the ingredients list. Squeeze the lemon while mixing for proper spreading of lemon juice.
• Ensure proper balance of all the masalas and organic pink salt to taste.
• After everything is properly mixed. Shape the mix into small round shapes and shallow fry them with little amount of oil until they turn golden brown.
• Your sweet potato and oats patty with organic condiments is now ready.
