Try mouthwatering & delicious recipe of “SWEET POTATO & OATS PATTY” that acts as an elixir to the monotonous schedule of the entire week. It is a healthy preparation made out of oats & sweet potato with a blend of organic condiments.
Firstly rinse the sweet potatoes well in water. After that boil the sweet potatoes & peas using pressure cooker. Once completely boiled allow them to cool & then peel off the skin of sweet potatoes. During boiling of sweet potatoes & peas dry roast the instant oats without using oil & keep them aside.
After that mash the sweet potatoes & peas & add roasted oats along with all the spices mentioned above. Shape the mix into appropriate shape & shallow fry them with little amount of oil until they turn golden brown.
Garnish them with coriander leaves & serve them hot with green chutney or as a tikki in burgers.
