Try an amazing “SPINACH SOUP” with the blend of organic spices this winter. It is the healthy meal prepared from spinach that is present in abundance during winters. It acts as a bliss to your taste buds that rejuvenates your mood and at the same time provides various nutrients.
Firstly chop onion and garlic finely. Now take 2 tbsp of cooking oil in pan and add chopped onion and garlic, sauté them until they become slightly brown. In a meantime dice boiled potato and keep aside. Then add spinach puree in pan and mix well. After that add ½ cup water and cook till it comes to slight boil. Keep aside this mixture and allow it to cool.
Then pour the spinach mixture into blender along with diced potatoes. Add ½ cup milk and blend it. Now take a pan and pour the soup in that, add remaining milk and cook for few minutes.
Then add organic pink salt and organic black pepper as per taste. Now serve hot.
