Enjoy most lovable evening snack by every age group, “BAKED CASSAVA FRIES WITH MINT DIP”. The fries are prepared with a perfect blend of unique organic spices. So try this amazing recipe and enjoy with your family.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 medium sized peeled cassava
  • 1 tsp organic black pepper
  • 1 tsp organic red chilli powder
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

FOR DIP:

  • ½ cup yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp organic black pepper
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste

METHOD:

Firstly pre heat the oven to around 200 degrees. Cut cassava into sticks and toss them in oil. Mix all the spices together and then toss cassava sticks in it. Now spread these sticks on a baking tray lined with baking sheet. Then bake them until they turn golden brown and crisp, flip the side and wait for another side to turn crisp. Take them out from the oven.

Now prepare a dip, by adding all the ingredients that are required in blender and blend them until creamy consistency of the dip is obtained. Serve cassava fries with mint dip.
