Healthy Evening Snack: Hara Chholiya Chaat

Try an amazing “HARA CHHOLIYA CHAAT” prepared through ORCO’S special organic blend. This is the evening snack that you can enjoy with your tea. So check out the recipe.

INGREDENTS:

  • 250gm boiled hara chholiya
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1 small chopped tomato
  • 2 chopped green chilli
  • ½ inch grated ginger
  • 5gm coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp organic red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp organic turmeric powder
  • ½ tsp organic kitchen king masala
  • Himalayan pink salt as per taste
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

METHOD:

Firstly take cooking oil in kadhai and add chopped onions, wait until they become golden brown. Then add chopped tomatoes, ginger and green chilli along with all the spices required like organic red chilli powder, organic turmeric powder, organic kitchen king masala and Himalayan salt. Cook the mixture for about 1-2 minutes. Now add boiled chholiya to the mixture and garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve hot this mouthwatering evening snack with tea or coffee.
