Try this astounding recipe and you will be in love with this "Masala Arbi". It is a semi liquid or almost dry dish that will give you a real feel of an Indian Kitchen and can be enjoyed with "Chapatis", "poori" or "parathas".

Wash and boil the 'Arbi' in the pressure cooker. Then peel and cut it into the desired shape and size suitable to be eaten.
Make a paste of turmeric, red chili and garam masala in a bowl with water.
Meanwhile, put a pan on the stove with medium flame. Put cooking oil in it and cumin seeds too. After the cracking sound add chopped onions, then previously made paste to it. Stir for 30 seconds and add green Chilies to it.
Add Organic Amchoor Masala to it and let the spices cover Arbi wholly by moving it back and forth.
Your Masala Arbi will be ready in 8-10 minutes and you can enjoy it with "paratha", "chapatti" or as a "snack".
