Make the delicious “PANEER BALLS” & fall in love with them. It is snacky preparation made out of paneer, healthy vegetables & bread that will give you real feel of being in streets even during winters.
Firstly wash the vegetables mentioned above, chop them in proper size & crumble paneer.
Then start preparing the paneer filling. Take 1 tbsp of cooking oil in kadhai & wait until it becomes medium hot. Keep the flame medium & add organic cumin seeds, after that add chopped onions & peas. When the onions turn slightly brown add chopped carrot, capsicum & tomato. Then keep stirring & add organic salt, organic red chilli powder, organic turmeric powder, organic garam masala & organic red chilli flakes into that. Once the filling gets prepared sprinkle finely chopped coriander leaves to it.
Now after preparing paneer filling with pleasing aroma, take bread & soak it into water, squeeze it & by adding paneer filling make small balls. Take appropriate amount of cooking oil in kadhai for deep frying. Once you make balls, deep fry them until they become golden brown in color.
Now serve hot mouthwatering “Paneer Balls” with different dips.
