Try An Amazing Recipe Of Arbi Ki Tikki

Check out an exciting recipe of “ARBI KI TIKKI” prepared especially with organic blend of spices. This can be served in burgers or wraps and can become part of your daily eating schedule.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 200gm washed and boiled arbi
  • ½ cup soy nutrela granules (soaked for at least 30 min)
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds (grinded)
  • 1 tbsp oats flour
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped mint
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped green chilli
  • 1 tbsp organic ajwain
  • 1 tbsp organic amchoor powder
  • Himalayan pink salt (as per taste)
  • 1 tbsp mustard oil

METHOD:

Firstly squeeze the excess water from soy nutrela granules. Then take a bowl, add all the ingredients in it and mix them well. After that make small balls from the mixture and flatten then from palm.

Now take a pan and shallow fry all the tikki using mustard oil. Cook them until they turn golden brown. Serve hot tikki with green chutney or as a patty in burgers.
