Firstly prepare the oats flour by grinding regular oats, until they resemble flour consistency and make powder of organic flax seeds. Then take a bowl and whisk all the ingredients including mashed sweet potato, oats flour, organic flax seeds powder, organic cardamom and milk till smooth consistency is obtained. Now slightly grease the non-stick pan with butter and put a spoon full of batter on it, cook for some time until each side turn golden brown.
Then garnish the pancakes with honey and grinded nuts. Serve hot and enjoy.
