How To Make?


  • Milk - 350ml (Almond milk, Coconut Milk, Cow Milk, or any kind of milk can be taken)
  • Grounded turmeric - ¼ tsp
  • Grounded ginger - ¼ tsp
  • Grounded cinnamon - ¼ tsp
  • Maple syrup or any other sweetener 
  • Take all the ingredients in the saucepan and whisk constantly over a gentle heat. Do not boil it as some spices might lose their nutritive value. Take your latte out of the saucepan and serve it with the sprinkle of grounded black pepper.

What’s The Difference Between Turmeric Milk And Turmeric Latte?

Both possess extreme wonder causing benefits to one’s health.

For the Turmeric Milk preparation, warm milk is taken and turmeric powder is added to it. Also, black pepper can be added so that its flavor can get enhanced.
