  • Milk - 350ml (Almond milk, Coconut Milk, Cow Milk, or any kind of milk can be taken)
  • Grounded turmeric - ¼ tsp
  • Grounded ginger - ¼ tsp
  • Grounded cinnamon - ¼ tsp
  • Jaggery powder, sugar, honey, maple syrup or any other sweetener


  • Pour the milk into a saucepan and ignite the flame to max and then turn the heat to medium and pour turmeric, ginger and cinnamon into it.
  • Whisk your beverage constantly over gentle heat. Avoid boiling as some spices might lose their nutritive value.
  • After a couple of minutes of stirring, take your latte out of the saucepan and serve it with the sprinkle of grounded black pepper.
